Please note: Bookings made within 72 hours are considered last-minute and require a $150 rush fee. You’re welcome to request a color, but due to limited time, we may need to use what’s currently in inventory if your choice isn’t available. What’s Included:

How It Works:

  1. Choose Your Date & Time: Start by selecting your preferred date and time, then book your hotel room setup service using the form below. An agreement and invoice will be sent to the email you provide.

  2. Reserve Your Room: Book your Sheraton hotel room using our exclusive discount link. Book Here

    Please note: We do not book your hotel room. Your reservation must be made separately through the hotel. Our service is solely for decorating and setting up your room to create the perfect experience.

  3. Key Drop-Off: We’ll either retrieve your room key from the front desk or you can hand it to us directly.

  4. We Set the Scene: Our team will decorate your room before your arrival so all you have to do is walk in and enjoy.

  5. Next-Day Reset: We’ll return the following morning to clean and reset the space.

    Important Note:

    Checkout is at 10:00 AM and cannot be extended, as this allows our team time to clean and pack everything up. If you’re staying more than one night, please allow us to privately clean and remove the setup between 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM so you can enjoy the rest of your stay. ALL RETAINERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO A FUTURE DATE.IT
